For most of my life, I knew I thought differently — I just didn’t know why.
As a teenager, I often felt out of sync with the world: easily distracted, overwhelmed by emotions, frustrated by authority, and unable to understand why certain things felt harder for me than for others.

University brought the same challenges — focus, motivation, and self-organisation were constant battles.

It wasn’t until much later that I began to recognise the signs of ADHD.
Looking back, it made sense of everything — the intensity, the restlessness, the drive to keep learning about how the mind works.

In many ways, my interest in psychology was my way of trying to understand myself — searching for strategies, insights, and ways to make sense of my own patterns.

Over time, those same discoveries became the foundation of how I now help others.

I’ve lived what many of my clients experience — the highs and lows of a neurodiverse mind trying to find balance in a structured world.

That lived understanding, combined with two decades of teaching, psychology, and coaching, inspired Mind in Motion — a space where empathy, insight, and practical tools come together to help others progress in their own way.

I believe genuine progress starts with understanding — not just knowledge or motivation, but real self-awareness.

I believe genuine progress starts with understanding — not just knowledge or motivation, but real self-awareness.
When we learn how our minds work, we can design systems and habits that play to our strengths instead of fighting against them.

My approach blends psychology, coaching, and wellbeing in a calm, supportive way that recognises each person’s unique wiring.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans; I believe in small, realistic steps that build confidence and momentum over time.

Living with ADHD has taught me that growth isn’t about perfection or constant control — it’s about finding balance, compassion, and tools that work in real life.

That philosophy sits at the heart of Mind in Motion: helping people move forward with clarity, confidence, and self-understanding.
